How to get started

Most of our clients get started with an Architect or Builder, but we also work with Homeowners. The best way to start is to contact us with your ideas and a sketch of what you are hoping to achieve. A set of plans and millwork schedule always speed the process in creating a working budget.

We get asked often about what price a window or door costs. We can offer a ballpark range of product pricing based on the type of product. There are many component parts to each product and depending on if we are discussing custom products or standard products. There is no quick easy answer to the basic question. Each question asked sparks many additional questions. We suggest you call and speak with us about your project and anticipated budget. 

We primarily work with Architects or Design/Build Contractors. Most of our products are premium in nature and are specified because the client is trying to achieve a certain quality or energy efficiency for their home. We do work with homeowners and help educate on product options and budget expectations.

We focus first on energy efficiency through high quality products. Our typical project has triple pane glazing and premium construction materials. We do have budget products for value engineering.

We primarily sell windows, doors and hardware, but we do offer all the materials and supplies necessary to complete a typical install of those products. 

We have several pricing options for your next project. We offer project pricing for quantity purchases and also have special pricing for ‘quick quote’ projects. Quick quote pricing is an additional discount if you know exactly what you are looking for, and we do not have to cycle through several iterations of your project. We also offer special pricing for the use of standard offerings from our many vendors.

Millwork Center offers installation services for all the products we sell. Pricing varies depending on the product and scope of the project. We can discuss installation of your product purchase while we are quoting your project.
